Texas Beef Brisket Ends

Description

The Angus Brisket Ends are fully cooked so you just need to reheat them. Microwave for 30 to 60 seconds, until hot in your microwave. Add them to toppings for a sandwich and microwave or heat under a broiler. For taco toppings add to your sautéed vegetable, beans and sauce just to heat. For quesadillas add to fillings and heat in skillet, as it heats with the Brisket Cheese Melt.  The Ends can be added to sauces and soups just to heat.   For classic “burnt ends”, cover the brisket ends with Lucky’s Magic spice and your favorite BBQ sauce and bake on low for an hour!

Brisket products are fully slow cooked – ready to finish in minutes on the grill, under the broiler, in the air fryer, the microwave, or low & slow in your oven!  The brisket has been cultured for the Neu5gc sialic acid reduction!

Shipping Note: We only ship our beef boxes on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent any of our boxes from sitting in a UPS warehouse over  the weekend.  Any order received by 6AM CST on a Tuesday will ship that week where as orders received after 6AM CST will ship the following week.
