Your shipment has been shipped flash frozen to insure FOOD SAFETY to your door. The meat may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Remember it is best to completely defrost the meat before the cooking begins, especially low temperature cooking technique. Meat that has been fully defrosted should be cooked right away or stored safely under refrigeration.

Slow Heating Instructions
- Heat oven to 170 to 180 degrees F.
- Place the entire brisket in the CRYOVAC BAG (do not open) on a sheet tray and place on the middle or upper rack of the oven.
- HEAT for 45 minutes without interrupting. If you need to hold slightly longer they are fine in the oven.
- TO SERVE: Remove from the oven. Open the cryovac bag saving the juices as you may like. Lay slices together for plate presentation, serve and enjoy!
Fully Cooked Brisket, ready to eat cold or quick reheat:
The Brisket has been FULLY slow cooked so the heating time will be just minutes depending on technique, just until hot. Avoid over cooking.
FLASH Re-Heating Directions for tacos, quesadillas and sandwiches.
Remove meat from the cryovac bag directly into your skillet, taco, quesadilla or sandwich. Flash heat for a few minutes to warm-hot to touch, then its ready to serve.Avoid overcooking and driving out the delicious juices.
Suggested heating technique as the meat just needs to be flash heated:
Skillet (thorough heat), Grill (bottom/top heat), Salamander or Broiler (top heat), Convex or conveyor oven (dry fast heat), Microwave (fast heat)
