GRASS FED ANGUS TEXAS BEEF BRISKET has been cured, smoked and fully cooked which allows for up to 45 days under refrigeration.
GRASS FED ANGUS SIRLOIN STEAKS are fully cooked and can be stored for up to 45 days under refrigeration.
** Remember its best to completely defrost the meat before cooking begins, especially low temperature cooking techniques. Meat that has been fully defrosted should be cooked right away or stored safely under refrigeration.
