Grass Fed Angus Brisket Ends

GRASS FED & FINISHED ANGUS BRISKET ENDS

Beef Brisket is a flavorful, tough cut of meat from the breast of a cow. Because it works hard, it has lots of strong connective tissue. You must cook it low and slow over many hours so the meat becomes soft, tender, and juicy. We take the ends of the brisket point and run it thru a chipper creating this delicious product that can be used on sandwiches, tacos, or just by itself!

Your shipment has been shipped flash frozen to insure FOOD SAFETY to your door. The meat may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Remember it is best to completely defrost the meat before the cooking begins, especially low temperature cooking technique. Meat that has been fully defrosted should be cooked right away or stored safely under refrigeration.

HEATING Instructions

The Angus Brisket Ends are fully cooked so you just need to reheat them. Microwave for 30 to 60 seconds, until hot in your microwave. Add them to toppings for a sandwich and microwave or heat under a broiler. For taco toppings add to your sautéed vegetable, beans and sauce just to heat. For quesadillas add to fillings and heat in skillet, as it heats with the Brisket Cheese Melt. The Ends can be added to sauces and soups just to heat.

For the classical “Burnt Ends” combine the brisket end, spices (Lucky’s) and your favorite BBQ sauce. Transfer to a baking dish and cook on low heat 225 degree F for about 1 hour until hot and delicious!

Skillet (thorough heat), Grill (bottom/top heat), Salamander or Broiler (top heat), Convex or conveyor oven (dry fast heat), Microwave (fast heat)
